Wear-resistant plate (hard alloy soldered type)
Using S45C as the base material, a carbide plate is brazed onto the grooved area! It is attached to the friction area to prevent wear on the base material.
Repeated friction at the same points, such as sliding parts of various machines and the outer surfaces of construction machinery, can lead to a decline in machine performance due to wear. Among hard special steels, cemented carbide has extremely excellent wear resistance, but it cannot be directly welded. Therefore, using S45C, which has good weldability, as the base material, a cemented carbide plate is brazed onto the grooved area, resulting in a "wear-resistant plate (brazed cemented carbide type)." By innovating the shape of the cemented carbide and the depth of the brazing position, we aim to improve wear resistance.
